My Obsession with Pink Lemonade

A childhood treat from a sweet Granny, fuels an adult addiction.

This pie is perfect for warm weather events but at my house we eat them year 'round!

*you may find that spraying your cups with PAM before you pour in the liquid, helps the jello release when ready to eat. The oil will not impact the final flavor at all.

The cocktail came about when I needed a pick-me-up NOW rather than four hours from now.

 

My Granny used to made a mean Pink Lemonade Pie. Every summer there were an abundance of requests for PLP and that was followed by tins of pre-made Keebler Graham Cracker Pie Crust, tubes of Frozen Pink Lemonade Concentrate, cans upon cans of Eagle brand milk, and tiny stains of red dye around the kitchen in search of that perfectly pink pie.
