I'm Talor! But you don't need to know that to know a good recipe when you see one. Unless it's an alcohol pairing or ingredient suggestion, you're not going to hear it.

Mini Banana Nut Bread Loaf; Gift Basket Series

This is the third installment in the Gift Basket Series! If you haven't already, go check out our previous post on making your own flavored butters then head over to learn how to package your gift goodies for freshness and aesthetic. Today, we will dive into the miniature side of baking because we all know mini is adorable and totally giftable!

For this recipe I like to take the loaf out of its baking pan and wrap it in cling wrap then tied up in parchment paper for a clean decorative look. You can reuse the mini loaf pans or buy them cheap at a local dollar store.

*If your bananas need a few days to become overripe but you need them now, follow the directions below to achieve

*As some may be allergic to certain nuts, please make sure this recipe is a good fit for the receiver. You may use any type of nut but my grandmother also opted out of nuts entirely for some loaves!

Wrap up your loaves in pretty ribbon and pair with small jars of honey butter and a natural homemade candle for a perfectly easy gift basket!
